Bob Gustafson is president of Triton Financial Group, a financial advisory firm offering comprehensive financial planning and wealth management. He is a serial entrepreneur and has been involved in the financial services industry for more than 25 years. He began his career in 1991 with a Denver-based investment banking firm, went on to work for a major financial services firm and, subsequently, founded his own independent, fee-based advisory firm in 1995.
Bob holds the certified financial planner (CFP©) designation and works with individuals and business owners in a fiduciary capacity to help them grow and protect wealth.
Past Chairman of the Marlboro Chamber of Commerce board of directors, Bob has also served on the board of directors with the Northern New England chapter of the Financial Planning Association.
Bob graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a degree in general business finance. He is a radio talk show host for the “Financial Focus” show heard on WCRN and is one of the founding members of First Beacon Business Advisors.
John Harmon, CPA
John Harmon has 32 years of experience in accounting. Many larger accounting firms reserve their managing partners for large companies, while giving the day-to-day work to junior accountants, or third-party vendors who work overseas. John insists on offering his high level of expertise to every one of his clients. The result is more a thorough, accurate, higher quality end product.
Also key is John’s practical business knowledge formed in working from a young age in a successful family business that grew to 100 employees.
Anthony Bonhomme, CPA
Founded in 2002 after eight years of experience in public and private accounting, I chose to part from a well-known public accounting firm with the belief that I could provide exceptional service at a reasonable cost.
Unique to most CPA firms, I work one-on-one with my clients and handle all their work personally. Debra Murphy – Marketing Coach & Consultant
Debra Murphy is president of Masterful Marketing, LLC. With more than 25 years of experience in marketing, Debra specializes in helping businesses create a powerful web presence. Her extensive background in computer science and marketing enables her to help business owners better understand the complexities of online marketing, including search, social and content marketing.
Debra worked in corporate marketing at various high technology companies, holding positions in product management and marketing. She has held the position of Director of Marketing & Business Development at a company producing content management software and was VP of Marketing at a software security startup.
Debra holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Mathematics from Framingham State University and an M.B.A. from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. She frequently blogs and contributes to thought-leading resources like Business2Community and Social Media Today. Debra is a marketing coach, author and trusted advisor for the small business community.
George Jensen – Finance and Operations
George Jensen is president of MultiSource Finance, Inc., an independent commercial business loan brokerage. For over 25 years, George has been helping business owners and real estate investors find and obtain business loans and commercial mortgages. From owning and running several businesses, buying and selling investment real estate, and from being a part-time CFO for startups and growing small and medium sized businesses, George knows firsthand the challenges business owners and real estate investors face on a daily basis. Their biggest challenge is getting access to capital in the form of business and real estate loans.
George holds a B.A. in Economics from Trinity College in CT and an M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance and Accounting from D’Amore McKim School of Business at Northeastern University in Boston.
Julie Carroll – Human Resources Consultant
Julie Carroll brings more than 25 years of diverse business experience to businesses needing HR consulting and compliance support. As the HR Business Consultant of the group, Julie has built owner, operated and brings a diverse HR and business background focused on the needs of Small and Medium sized Business Owners.
Julie held roles including Director of Operations and HR in addition to gaining first hand knowledge of Small Business Operations as the owner of a local retail establishment, a medical billing company, and multiple consulting and training firms.
Julie specializes in HR implementation, Small Business Operations, Risk Management and Federal/State Employer Compliance. She is recognized as a dynamic and knowledgeable trainer who is often tapped for Executive Team trainings and speaking engagements. Additionally, Julie holds certifications from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and The HR Certification Institute (HRCI).
Steve Powers has more than 20 years of experience in the field of research and development, particularly in the areas of mechanical, electrical engineering, and software development. In 2001, Steve joined Intrepid Advisors following 14 years as Vice President of Engineering at O.S. Walker Company of Worcester, Massachusetts. He served as Intrepid Advisors as Managing Director while the company operated as a subsidiary of Carlin Charron & Rosen LP. He later acquired the business in early 2009, which he grew into a well-known and substantial nationwide consulting service. In late 2020, Steve successfully sold the company to Source Advisors LLC.
Steve holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and an M.B.A. from Anna Maria College. He is a member of Tau Beta Pi Engineering Society, Society of Manufacturing Engineering and the Society of Plastics Engineers.
