Bob Gustafson

President, Triton Financial Group
Certified Financial Planner®

Bob Gustafson is president of Triton Financial Group, a financial advisory firm offering comprehensive financial planning and wealth management. He is a serial entrepreneur and has been involved in the financial services industry for more than 25 years. He began his career in 1991 with a Denver-based investment banking firm, went on to work for a major financial services firm and, subsequently, founded his own independent, fee-based advisory firm in 1995.

Bob holds the certified financial planner (CFP©) designation and works with individuals and business owners in a fiduciary capacity to help them grow and protect wealth.

Past Chairman of the Marlborough Chamber of Commerce board of directors, Bob has also served on the board of directors with the Northern New England chapter of the Financial Planning Association.

Bob graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a degree in general business finance. He is a radio talk show host for the “Financial Focus” heard on WCRN. He is one of the founding members of Triton Business Advisors.

John Harmon

Certified Public Accountant

John Harmon has 32 years of experience in accounting. He has worked with clients across a wide range of industries throughout the US. He takes the time to understand your individual situation and industry and then applies his knowledge of changing tax laws to help you make the best business and personal decisions.

Many larger accounting firms reserve their managing partners for large companies, while giving the day-to-day work to junior accountants, or third-party vendors who work overseas. John insists on offering his high level of expertise to every one of his clients. The result is more a thorough, accurate, higher quality end product.

Also key is John’s practical business knowledge formed in working from a young age in a successful family business that grew to 100 employees.

Anthony Bonhomme

Certified Public Accountant

Founded in 2002 after eight years of experience in public and private accounting, I chose to part from a well-known public accounting firm with the belief that I could provide exceptional service at a reasonable cost.

Unique to most CPA firms, I work one-on-one with my clients and handle all their work personally. The value of working with a professional is the ability to access timely, accurate tax and financial advice when you need it. My practice combines a thorough understanding of my client’s short and long-term goals with the knowledge and experience necessary to help them achieve success.

My professional experience includes individual and business taxation, QuickBooks and business consulting, financial reporting and payroll. I specialize in working with closely held S corporations and LLCs and my practice represents a wide variety of clients that includes professional services, trades and construction services, retail and commercial businesses.

Debra Murphy

Marketing Consultant

Debra Murphy is president of Masterful Marketing, LLC. With more than 30 years of experience in marketing, Debra specializes in helping businesses create a powerful web presence. Her extensive background in computer science and marketing enables her to help business owners better understand the complexities of online marketing, including search, social and content marketing.

Debra worked in corporate marketing at various high technology companies, holding positions in product management and marketing. She has held the position of Director of Marketing & Business Development at a company producing content management software and was VP of Marketing at a software security startup.

Debra holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Mathematics from Framingham State University and an M.B.A. from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. She frequently blogs and contributes to thought-leading resources like Business2Community and Social Media Today. Debra is a marketing coach, author and trusted advisor for the small business community.

George Jensen

Finance & Operations

George Jensen is president of MultiSource Finance, Inc., an independent commercial business loan brokerage. For over 25 years, George has been helping business owners and real estate investors find and obtain business loans and commercial mortgages. From owning and running several businesses, buying and selling investment real estate, and from being a part-time CFO for startups and growing small and medium sized businesses, George knows firsthand the challenges business owners and real estate investors face on a daily basis. Their biggest challenge is getting access to capital in the form of business and real estate loans.

George holds a B.A. in Economics from Trinity College in CT and an M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance and Accounting from D’Amore McKim School of Business at Northeastern University in Boston.

Todd Vroman

Organizational Psychologist & Strategist

Todd Vroman is an organizational psychologist and strategist with 28 years’ experience that includes working in diverse roles in major companies in the insurance, finance, and investment industries, including Principal Financial, MassMutual, Morgan Stanley, and The Hartford. His varied background has included business development, sales, marketing, training and team building, along with managerial responsibilities.

This wide-ranging experience has given Todd a unique perspective as well as knowledge on what makes an organization tick and how relationships and communications impact business success. More importantly, he has seen how negative human behavior, especially among people in managerial roles, can create employee disenchantment and have a harmful ripple effect across the organization.

Todd has built expertise in organization strategy, organizational alignment and effectiveness, individual and organizational assessments, executive development, employee engagement, succession planning, talent acquisition strategy and talent evaluation, group facilitation, team dynamics, corporate culture and change management. He has the PROSCI Change Management Certification and is trained in Appreciative Inquiry (a model that seeks to engage stakeholders in self-determined change with an eye on the positive aspects and opportunities before them rather than on the problems).

Abraham Santos

Senior Financial Planning Associate

Abraham Santos has been with Triton Financial Group since 2018. With previous experience working in the investment and life insurance space, Abraham has had an ideal foundation for his work as a financial advisor and business consultant. Abraham is currently pursuing the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation.  

His attention to detail, listening skills, and empathy are symbols of his appreciation by his clients. He is supported by a team of specialists whose teamwork and professionalism help him build long-term relationships with his growing client base. Abraham is passionate about networking and is involved with many groups in and around Boston.

Abraham graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a degree in business economics.
